A 90-minute small-group , instructor-led STEAM session featuring a hands-on forensic investigation using chromatography, fiber analysis, and pattern comparison. Students will examine evidence, compare findings, and draw conclusions through structured observation and collaborative reasoning.
Recommended for learners who enjoy analytical thinking, problem solving, and investigation-based activities.

Our small-group STEAM sessions are designed for advanced learners who enjoy inquiry, experimentation, and complex problem solving. Each session emphasizes depth of thinking, collaborative reasoning, and hands-on exploration in a focused, academically oriented environment.

Participation Guidelines
These small-group sessions are designed for learners who are comfortable engaging in a structured, academically oriented environment. Activities emphasize focused attention, collaborative inquiry, and independent participation within a group setting.
Participants should be able to:
-Follow multi-step directions with minimal support
-Engage respectfully with peers in small-group discussion
-Sustain attention for the duration of the session (approximately 90 minutes)
-Participate independently without one-to-one assistance
These sessions are best suited for learners who enjoy inquiry-based, hands-on activities and are comfortable working through open-ended challenges.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registration Confirmation
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Each session has limited enrollment to maintain a small-group learning environment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the session are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 6 days of the session are non-refundable due to materials preparation and staffing commitments.
Transfers
When space allows, registration may be transferred to a future session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Transfer requests are subject to availability.
Session Changes or Cancellation
If a session must be rescheduled or canceled by Gifted & Talented, families will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option of a full refund or transfer to a future session.
Attendance
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not receive additional time. No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.
